For commercial lenders & brokers

Prospecting and applicant research for SBA brokers.

Ada AI helps SBA brokers find small businesses from public signals, including state filings, permits, licenses and public federal loan records, then research who owns them. Every owner and contact field shows its source, so you know what's confirmed before the first call.

Before you package

Ada checks the basics a packager asks about first: is the entity active, when was it formed, who do the filings name as owners, and which UCC filings already sit against it. Each answer cites the record, and anything Ada can't confirm stays marked as unverified.

It doesn't pull credit, and it doesn't decide eligibility. Those stay with you, your lender partners and the SBA's own requirements.

Work the deal in one place

Researched companies land in a shared workspace with their signals, contacts and evidence together. Your team can move them through a deal pipeline, call from the built-in dialer, draft follow-up emails, import lists by CSV and share research reports. Outreach always stays under your control.

How Ada handles evidence and sources

Discovery is not verification: owner, role and contact-channel proof are separate. Every contact field carries its source and evidence. A field without proof is never shown as verified, and research can come back partial or unresolved.

No breach data, ever. Breach and leak sources are switched off in production at the code and network level.

No data brokers unless you choose to add one. Consumer people-search sites are off by default and only run as an opt-in add-on. Research starts from official records and companies' own sites, and paid data vendors only run on research you approve.

Ada is not a consumer reporting agency. Don't use it as the basis for credit, insurance, employment or other FCRA-covered decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Where does Ada's data come from? +

Official public records first: state business filings, UCC filings, permits, licenses, federal loan and fleet registries, plus companies' own websites and job posts. Ada's research toolkit is in-house. No breach data is ever used, and consumer people-search sources are an opt-in add-on that's off by default.

Are contacts verified? +

Only when the evidence supports it. Ada shows the source behind each name, role, email and phone, runs email and phone pre-checks, and leaves a field unverified or partial when proof is missing.

Can I use Ada for credit decisions? +

No. Ada is a business research and outreach tool, not a consumer report. Don't use it for FCRA-covered decisions such as credit approval or adverse action.
